Lugusid ootan kuni 15. detsembrini, samuti teisi dokumente minu e-maili aadressil ivi.sarg@gmail.com. Kõigile kirjutajatele auhinnad. Parima loo kirjutajale peaauhind. Inglise keeles kirjutajatele lisaks eriauhinnad. Auhinnatseremoonia saab kätte meie planeeritaval Jõuluüritusel 17. detsember 2011. Mul on vaja kirjutada vähemalt 6 aruannet, enne kui projekt ametlikult lõppeb. Seega vähemalt kuute lugu ootan.
Parimate tervitustega,
teie projektijuht
STORY GUIDELINES FOR EACH PROJECT
At least one
good story per project, along with photos,
to be submitted by each project (replaces narrative section on progress
reports).
Guidelines:
Tell us about a project member
who has changed since they received an animal and training from Heifer. Tell us about the details of their lives and
how they have been given a better opportunity for themselves, their family and
their community. This story should be
approximately 750 words.
Here
are some tips for telling their story:
v Remember
that the readers won't be familiar with your country or area. Be specific.
Details are important.
v Describe
the person, where they live, what they eat, etc., as if you're seeing it for
the first time.
v Put
the information in context. If someone
is making more money each month because of their animal, tell us how much they
made before, an average of how this compares with the rest of their community,
and how much this has helped them.
Here are
questions to answer.
a.
What is the family’s or person’s
name?
b.
Where are they from?
c.
Do they have a family? Do they
have children? Ages?
d.
Where do they live? What is their
home like?
e.
How has their life become
different since they received their Heifer animal/training?
f.
What were they like before? And
now?
g.
How have they helped others since
their life has changed?
h.
What are the other results of
receiving their animal and training? Do
they have better health, access to education and medicine? Do they know their neighbors and community
better?
i.
What are their hopes and dreams
for the future?
